Our belief
This is the starting point for everything we do.
Women in perimenopause and menopause who want help with muscle or joint pain, or want to build strength. You don’t need exercise experience, and you can start strength training without completing rehabilitation first if your assessment supports it.
We spend 15 minutes discussing your concerns, goals and whether we’re a good fit. It’s a conversation, not an assessment or treatment session. There’s no obligation to continue.
No. We explain our recommendations after meeting you, and you can take time to consider them. You choose whether to continue and which option feels right.
We record your starting measures and goals, then repeat the same tests. Rehabilitation includes a review at session three; the strength program includes checks at weeks six and twelve. If progress stalls, we adjust the plan or recommend a medical review.
We support muscle and joint function, strength and everyday movement through this stage of life. We don’t diagnose diseases, prescribe medication or treat menopause itself. We work alongside your doctor and refer when medical attention is needed.
